Profine® OCRA allows the reduction of the total hardness of drinking water. Quick-connect cartridge with strong cationic resin in gel and fixed mixing bypass (approximately 25%). Pursuant to Ministerial Decree 25/2012 art. 2 par. 2, the use of equipment for the treatment of water intended for human consumption employed in the various phases of the work cycle of companies in the food sector, as defined by EC regulation no. 178/2002 is subject to the obligations of the current legislation on food safety.

It removes temporary hardness from water and eliminates limescale deposits at the root.

(Leave a vertical space of approximately 7 cm under the cartridge to allow for replacement.)
• Activation: It is advisable to let the water flow through the filter at maximum pressure and with maximum flow rate, for at least 5 minutes to allow the air present in the filter to be purged.
• Changing cartridges: When capacity has reached, or when flow is too slow (falls below 0.7bar/10psi), every 6 months but at least annually.

Do not use where water is microbiologically unsafe or of unknown quality without adequate disinfection before and after the system. Systems certified for contaminant reduction may be used on disinfected water that may contain filterable contaminants. All systems must be maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions.
